A Taste of Hospitality Course starting Wednesday 10th to Friday 19th May 2017 Lakes Entrance

A unique opportunity to participate in this industry lead course to gain an insight into the hospitality industry with owner of Little Alice Café, Bairnsdale and Sparrows Nest Lakes Entrance, Louise Allen.

Louise will lead you through the skills that prospective employees are looking for when applying for work and give you some hands on experience that may lead to possible employment or training options through current industry connections.

Duration: 3 hours per day over 5 days

Teacher Skills Training at the Bairnsdale Hub Friday 28th April at 9.30 am to 12 noon 7 sessions

This course will introduce the concepts of learning theories and learning styles and addresses the principles of adult learning.  It explores the skills of a teacher including the use of technology in teaching. It provides the opportunity to deliver a teaching session in a supportive environment.  Ideal for young people that maybe Tech Savvy as a job prospect.
