Getting into….Hospitality. Starts Wednesday 22nd July 2015
This technology enabled course will give you a practical overview of what is involved in working in the hospitality industry. It will also involve a field trip to a restaurant or café to see what it is really like!

You can attend any one of these centres as the teacher will be broadcasting via high speed video conferencing to all these centres simultaneously while you get support from a local tutor.

Course Cost: $50
Course Overview
This course will provide an overview of and introduction to the hospitality industry. Topics to be covered will include:
- exploring the types of jobs and careers available in the hospitality industry
- learning about good quality customer service
- gaining an understanding of common hospitality compliance requirements
- examining the use of technology in the hospitality industry
- developing an understanding of what is required to work in the hospitality trade
- developing teamwork and employability skills
Participants will also complete a personalised learner plan.
