About this course…
This course is self paced and delivered fully online.
Perfect for the busy person allowing you to work at your own pace and in your own time.
This course offers a certificate of participation that you may collect on course completion, there is no formal grading.
This course has been developed specifically with a focus on assisting teachers / trainers and Learn Local professionals to enhance current skills and / or develop new skills around engaging the 21st century learner and moving into a blended learning environment.
It is highly recommended and we strongly encourage you to complete and build your own repository of activities as you work your way through each section of the course.
In order to assist you in the building of your learning activities we have made available a “sandbox” area for you on Moodle where you will have teacher editing rights and can experiment, create, store and build upon your learning.
You may wish to simply build a repository of learning activities or combine your created learning activities into a course. Whichever you choose, by building them in your “sandbox” area you will be able to pack up your creation(s) at the completion of the course and unpack them into other Moodle environments.
If you wish to take advantage of the “sandbox” area to experiment and create as you work through the course please make sure you tick Yes to “Set me up a sandbox area in Moodle” question on the enrollment form.
Alternately if you decide at anytime during the course you would like an area where you can experiment and practice please contact our Moodle administrator Katt : info.buchan@gmail.com to set up a sandbox area for you.
